Best Racing Memory: The most satisfying drive was the FOSC Bathurst 2009, a second and third in terrible conditions.

But every time I hit the track I realize how lucky I am to be doing what others only dream of.

How you got into racing: I remember sitting with my brother watching Bathurst on a tiny black and white TV when I was very young. Racing has been a dream ever since, it just took me until I was 40 to be actually start doing it. Now my son loves it so the cycle continues.

Plans for 2009: To get back to enjoyable motorsport. Life has become too serious and too pressured, I want to race with a good bunch of people and not have to worry about getting punted off. Also, this is a new car for me this year and I want to concentrate on getting the best from it and me.

The team and who makes it all possible: Most of my team has been with me for 10 years and they all do it for the love of it. I have had one team member since he was 14 and now he is a mechanic and looks after the car. My wife of course is fantastic support and my 5 year old makes it all the better experience.

How you got into racing: I wanted to race something, anything my whole life, but my parents hated motorsport. Closest i could get was taking every car i owned into the pine forests in canberra.
Finally bought a renault clio in 06, and knowing nothing about vehicle maintenance, went off to race. Since then have learned how to maintain it.

Plans for 2009: Race for Fun!!!
Hopefully make the car as fast/light as I can afford to, and race in whichever category that puts me in.
